Creative Wooden Homes Company is led by the group of dedicated professionals in wood construction and our company is a pioneer in this field as we were the first to bring western engineered log house concept to India. We appreciate sustainable, healthy wood building – and we want to invite our customers to become part of it, as engineered wood homes are nature friendly, very fast to build and sustainable, they are permitted in CRZ and do not required concrete foundation deepening in soil.

Our material source

Northern pine is well known for high durability

Wood a renewable resource that requires only 50% of the energy needed to produce cement and 20% of the energy needed to produce bricks. With care for the future we understand our responsibility to future generations, therefore working according to the principles of environmental sustainability all wood is mined in forests that have undergone certification. In them, the natural balance and health of the forest are carefully monitored, the use of chemicals is prohibited, and care is taken to ensure the sustainability of natural resources: for every tree cut down, 2-3 new ones are planted.
